Please read these terms carefully before using CAVEA FILM services.

Terms & Conditions

EFFECTIVE DATE: JANUARY 2024

1. Services

CAVEA FILM provides film production services including but not limited to line production, fixer services, equipment rental, filming permits, and post-production coordination in Turkey. All services are subject to availability and project-specific agreements.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in USD or EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes. A detailed production budget will be provided before any commitment.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms: 50% deposit upon signing the production agreement, 50% balance upon project completion. Custom payment schedules may be arranged for larger productions.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30+ days before the shoot date receive a full refund minus administrative costs. Cancellations within 14-30 days are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable due to committed vendor and crew bookings.

5. Intellectual Property

All footage, files, and deliverables are the property of the client upon full payment. CAVEA FILM retains the right to use project stills and clips for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability

CAVEA FILM carries comprehensive production insurance. Our liability is limited to the total project fee. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, government actions, or force majeure events.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul.
